Job description2-year degree in a related field required B2B commercial sales experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Track record as a top performer preferred Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction preferred Competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses Excellent training and resources provided Ready to be part of a family atmosphere Ready to work hard and feel appreciated Interested in a long-term position Willing to treat our clients like more than just a paycheck Willing to do what it takes to get the job done and then enjoy your free time Willing to continually improve your work and personal life Must want a position where you're valued as a person not just another cog in the machine A valid driver's license Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without direction Not afraid to confront challenges head on A great eye for detail Ability to roll with the punches A basic knowledge of paint Previous construction experience Company vehicle, computer, and gas card Health care plan - 401k plan after 1 year Flexible scheduling (within reason!) Commercial Painting Sales Associate
Join our CertaPro Painters team as a Commercial Painting Sales Associate! We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, delivering exceptional service to clients, and growing our business.
Commercial Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers
- Seek new business through cold calling and networking
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows
- Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met
- Meet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial Estimator
- Win sales commitments in a competitive market
- Prepare weekly analysis of results
