We're looking for an experienced Director of Global Facilities Operations to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee regional workplace leaders and teams, building our global operations and strategy to create a work environment that supports productivity, well-being, and engagement. Based in our San Jose, CA office, this is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote. You will be responsible for :

• Leading and managing the performance of global regional workplace teams, including EMEA and APAC office leaders, to ensure seamless, efficient operations
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive global workplace strategy aligned with organizational and hybrid work goals
• Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and compliance of all global office locations, including vendor negotiations and facilities budgeting
• Driving initiatives to enhance the employee experience by collaborating on onboarding, workplace programs, and innovative culture-building initiatives
• Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure facilities best practices, scalability, and employee engagement globally

Base Pay Range $168,000 - $240,000 USD
