Territory Sales For Kitchen And Cabinet Solutions

We are a premier provider of high-quality, fully customizable kitchen solutions tailored for residential development projects of all sizes. Specializing in cabinetry, hardware, countertops, sinks, and comprehensive installation services, we partner with builders and developers to deliver efficient, stylish, and durable kitchens from initial design through to final installation. Our streamlined processes ensure projectswhether single-family homes or large multifamily developmentsstay on time and on budget, with a commitment to excellence in every detail.

This is a dynamic, 100% on-the-road sales position for a driven professional to join our team as an Territory Sales, specializing in kitchen and cabinet solutions for multifamily construction projects in the New York area. Based entirely in the field, you will travel from job site to job site and multifamily development to multifamily development, driving sales of custom and semi-custom kitchen packages, including installations. With no office-based work, this role focuses on building relationships with developers, builders, and project managers on construction sites to secure deals averaging $150,000 in value. If you excel in a fast-paced, mobile construction environment and are passionate about turning project visions into reality, this role offers significant impact and opportunity in the growing New York market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site sales presentations and consultations at construction sites across New York, showcasing our kitchen cabinetry, hardware, countertops, sinks, and installation services to clients in the multifamily housing sector.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by networking with developers, architects, and construction teams, targeting multifamily projects ranging from small-scale builds to large 200+ unit developments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to contract negotiation, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless design, delivery, and installation.
  • Provide expert guidance on product customization, including soft-close drawers, premium handles, quartz countertops, and undermount / topmount sinks, ensuring solutions meet project specifications for style, durability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to offer full-service design support, such as layout recommendations and shop drawings, to facilitate smooth integration into ongoing construction timelines.
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate records of deals and client interactions, and report on progress toward quarterly and annual targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in multifamily construction and kitchen design to position our offerings as the top choice for scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service post-sale, including follow-up during installation phases and addressing on-site issues to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Operate 100% on the road, traveling daily between job sites and multifamily developments in the New York area with no office-based work.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in construction sales or related fields; experience in kitchen / cabinet sales or installations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
  • Familiarity with multifamily development projects, including an understanding of site logistics, timelines, and stakeholder dynamics in the New York market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport on construction sites and present technical product details effectively to non-experts.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, field-based environment.
  • Comfortable with a 100% on-the-road role, requiring daily travel to various New York-area construction sites and multifamily developments, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as projects demand.
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software (e.g., CAD for shop drawings) is a bonus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Compensation

    This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with the potential to reach $100,000 to $110,000 for candidates with significant construction experience. Additionally, you will earn commissions ranging from 3% to 5% based on deal size and performance, offering substantial earning potential given the average deal value of $150,000.
