Human Resources Business Partner
We have been retained by a worldwide leader in consumer products to recruit a strategic Human Resource Business Partner. The successful candidate will lead a team of three HR Representatives and oversee an 800 associate non-union manufacturing plant.
Reports to VPHR Manufacturing Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in leading an HR team.
- Experience with FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and AAP.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must have good business acumen and the ability to see the big picture.
- Ability to model the company’s values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- High visibility with C-level leadership.
- Must have desire for career growth.
