Seeking an Admin Coordinator for immediate support within a fast growing manufacturing company. Requires experience in admin support or coordination roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Provide administrative support to the Reflow Department.
  • Coordinate and organize departmental tasks and activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Take initiative in handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
  • Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.

Skills / Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.

Working Hours : 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM
