Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Outpatient Clinic

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours :

Experience : 2 years of recent relevant experience

License : CA RN License

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have :

  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills
  • Effective written and communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of population-specific learning principles for patient teaching
  • Epic charting experience preferred

Job Description :

  • Actively manage patient and family care plans to achieve optimal health goals.
  • Utilize resources to deliver quality care safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
  • Coordinate activities of the healthcare team professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide care to patients and families that is collaborative, evidence-based, and meets national and facility standards for optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure care provided aligns with the organization's standards and enhances the patient and family experience.
  • Promote a positive relationship between the healthcare organization and the community.
  • Complete required orientation and modules during designated hours.
  • No weekend or on-call requirements.

    • Note : Modules are non-billable, with average completion times varying by specialty. Completion of modules is documented through e-learning during orientation.
