Orangetheory Cleveland Park is looking for a talented fitness professional who loves to motivate and inspire others to work hard and be the best they can be. You know how to motivate to get that one more Burpee, and know when to hold back to be sure workouts are safe and effective. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.
Coaches earn between $25-$75 per class, based on class attendance.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
  • Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
  • Helping members set and achieve goals
  • Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
  • Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
  • Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
  • Being a team player
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
  • AED/CPR certified
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from one of the following: NASM, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, or NSCA.
Mammoth Fitness is the only franchise within the DMV to provide growth opportunities, additional compensation, and title change after minimum 6 months of employment.Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.
