Role Summary
As Regional Director, you will be the senior executive accountable for the overall growth, profitability, and sales excellence of CBTS's business within your region. You will lead sales, business development, and customer relationship management across multiple business units. This role demands strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing sales teams in a fast-evolving technology services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with CBTS's overall goals, ensuring growth in revenue, margin, and market share.
- Lead and manage all sales and business development functions within the region, driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and vendors to drive new business and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence in sales execution : oversight of sales pipeline, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and margin performance.
- Establish and manage regional sales dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales leadership team and region-wide staff. Drive proactive recruiting efforts to attract top sales talent and build a robust talent pipeline. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate functions (finance, human resources, marketing, product / business development) to align regional sales initiatives with organization-wide programs and initiatives.
- Lead change management and adoption of new sales processes, technologies, and practices across the region to support CBTS's transformation services.
- Manage risk : ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Escalate issues and implement mitigation plans as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for CBTS in the regionrepresenting the company at industry forums, local events, and partner channels.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in technology services, managed services, or consulting environments, including P&L and regional / executive responsibility.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability targets, ideally in a multi-service portfolio covering cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or applications.Strong commercial mindset with experience in complex sales cycles and enterprise account management.Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams.Excellent strategic thinking, business planning, and execution capabilities.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillscomfortable engaging at C-suite and board level.Proficient in setting and tracking sales KPIs, managing budgets, forecasting, and creating performance reports.Deep understanding of technology services landscape (cloud, managed services, security, infrastructure) and ability to translate business needs into value-driven solutions.Willingness to travel within the region and to client sites as required.Competencies & Attributes

The pay range for this role is :
