A - Level Automotive Technician
Schedule : Monday – Friday
Pay Range : $35.00 – $48.00 per hour + Production Bonuses
Location : Laurel, MD 20723

Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who value doing the job right, being transparent, and prioritizing safety. Customers trust us for consistent, high-quality service—whether it's their first visit or their fiftieth. Along with retail clients, we service fleet accounts for major national programs such as Donlen, Element, Enterprise, Fleet Response, and GSA.
Where You'll Work
Our Laurel, MD facility is a busy, well-equipped shop with six indoor bays and one outdoor bay. We operate Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM—no weekends, no late nights. Just solid work hours and time for life outside the shop.
What You'll Be Wrenching On
You'll see a wide mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. From complex diagnostics to hybrid and EV work, every day brings variety to keep your skills sharp. Our shop is equipped with Autel and Snap-On scan tools, a Rotary alignment rack, Tekmetric shop management system, and full digital inspections.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician with 8+ years of professional experience and strong diagnostic skills . The right candidate is a problem solver who can work independently, deliver quality results, and consistently turn hours.
State Inspection License is a plus (or willingness to earn it here).
Hybrid / EV experience is highly valued.

What We Need from You
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in automotive repair / diagnostics
Proven diagnostic expertise across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
At least two ASE certifications within your first year of employment
State inspection license (or willingness to obtain)
Hybrid / EV knowledge is a strong plus
