Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on marketing professional to lead the execution of Dozee’s marketing initiatives in the U.S. market. This role requires someone energetic, creative, and execution‑driven — capable of running digital campaigns, coordinating events, managing on‑ground activities, and building Dozee’s visibility among key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns targeting SNFs and other healthcare facilities across digital, event, and direct channels.
• Manage lead generation activities — including paid ads, SEO, webinars, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Plan and execute on‑ground marketing — trade shows, conferences, facility events, and healthcare forums.
• Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot or similar) to manage lead pipelines, track campaign ROI, and ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team.
• Support brand communication — develop content for newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership posts.
• Coordinate with creative teams and vendors for content, design, and event collateral.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities in the SNF and healthcare space.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve impact.
