Overview

We seek an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to define, execute, and optimize all paid media and ROI-driven acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling paid marketing programs across social, search, and other digital platforms while delivering measurable results against CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.

As Honcho’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing paid campaigns that scalably attract new community members, maximize participant registration conversion rates (across leagues, tournaments, and additional service offerings), and drive incremental revenue growth. This role requires a highly analytical, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and is motivated by hitting measurable performance goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning :

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with Honcho’s objectives.
• Own and optimize the paid acquisition funnel from awareness through conversion, with a strong focus on lowering CAC and increasing LTV.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify high-performing segments and test new targeting opportunities.
• Continuously experiment with creative, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
• Partner with leadership to forecast and plan marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across markets.
