The Bain Health and Wellness Center is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our small and supportive group practice in Arlington, MA.

This part-time, fee-for-service role is perfect for someone passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults (ages 325), especially those with neurodiverse needs. We offer :

$125 / hr for masters-level and $150 / hr for doctoral-level therapists

Flexible, hybrid schedule (in-person + remote)

Collaborative team environment with ongoing consultation

Paid training opportunities (CEUs)
