A growing property management team is seeking a Leasing & Accounts Administrator to handle lease administration, tenant relations, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with an interest in administrative and financial operations.
Responsibilities Include :
- Managing leases, renewals, and tenant documentation
- Handling security deposits and payment inquiries
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting accounts receivable and financial tracking
- Providing administrative support to the management team
Ideal Qualifications :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Excel, accounting software, and digital toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlinesPrior property management experience a plus (training provided)Salary : $50k-$60k / Year
