We’re seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and personal support to our CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage high-impact tasks, and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the right hand to our CEO, anticipating needs and streamlining daily operations.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with precision.
• Organize domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth and cost-effective arrangements.
• Prepare expense reports, draft high-level communications, and support executive presentations.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to keep priorities on track.
• Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide personal assistant support, including managing appointments and coordinating personal logistics.
• Assist with special projects and board meeting preparations.
