BCaBA or Entry-Level BCBA (School, Home, and Community Based)
Salary : $70,000-$80,000
Location : Hybrid in South Denver and Castle Rock CO region with a flexible schedule (home and school based)
General Job Description : IABA is looking for a BCaBA / BCBA who is eager to learn how to work in a new scope and novel setting within Colorado. We are looking for a dedicated behavior analyst to implement evidence-based interventions within the school system and communities. This individual will learn to provide wrap-around services across interdisciplinary professionals while maintaining their behavior analytic roots.
Essential Job Functions :
- Provides in-person supervision to RBTs in the school and home settings to monitor treatment integrity of ABA goals
- Collaborates with teachers and interdisciplinary professionals within the education system to create buy-in and quality outcomes for clients in the school setting
- Working a hybrid schedule in person (two-three days) including two evenings a week as needed for parent training
- Works under the supervision of and collaboratively with the Clinical Director
- Helps support and run the IABA parent training curriculum in conjunction with individualized parent training goals to ensure quality outcomes
- Collaborates with Clinical Director and or Lead BCBA to ensure individualized goals are idiosyncratic to their treatment plan as well as socially valid
- Conducts FBA's and writes treatment plans to be reviewed for insurance as assigned by the Billing Department with Clinical Director oversight
- Coordinates with the treating BCBA through the assessment process to include overlaps and treatment plan review
- Assists the Clinical Director in the assignment of office work for RBTs including the creation of tasks to support client care
- Oversee quality outcome for clients as defined by company standards
- Supports intake cases with the Clinical Director
- As needed, assists in supervising caseloads for case coverage
- Meet monthly service requirement of 25-30 billable hours per week
Qualification Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with Behavior Analytic course work or a Master's degree in ABA and / or a related field (e.g., psychology, education).Completed BACB analyst level certification and / or working towards BCBA level completion.Completed BACB approved Supervision Curriculum, Supervision and Experience Training ModuleExperience working across settings, including school and in-home, to meet versatile client needsWillingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and advocate for client needs
