Your Tasks

• Sparringspartner for our management team in all HR topics from personnel planning to organizational development
• Consulting and supporting teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Contributing to the establishment and development of our HR processes in the DACH region
• Incorporating data-driven HR insights to enable better decision-making
• Supporting HR projects on topics such as culture, talent management, performance, or compensation & benefits
