Compensation Range :

$98,010.00 - $137,218.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries / hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities :

NP position available.

FT position available, days, no weekends, no on call responsibilities.

Unique and exciting opportunity to work in an established position within the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at AC-4. The role includes seeing patients in an office for history and physicals, follow-ups for post-surgical patients, and new consultations. NP will help manage the clinical operations of the resident clinic. The NP works closely with the OMFS faculty in the clinical settings and the operating room and assists with managing inpatients. OR assistance will require the candidate to complete surgical assisting training. Requirements : Master's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills required. NYS is eligible as a Nurse Practitioner. Prefer experience with managing targeted patient populations and developing care protocols. Bilingual in English / Spanish is also preferred. BLS required.

Qualifications : Nurse Practitioner

Require a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner, an active New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing, an active New York State Nurse Practitioner licensure in good standing and current national certification as an Nurse Practitioner.

NPs will demonstrate clinical competence, superior verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness and customer relation skills, computer competence and must have an active desire to learn. The NP will participate in the education of learners (students and new employees), using clinical learning experiences, knowledge sharing and skill training.
