Overview

Valley Fitness - Modesto in Modesto, CA is looking for a dedicated Assistant Coach to assist our head coach in leading group classes. Join our vibrant community to inspire clients towards their wellness goals with exceptional coaching and guidance. We offer a competitive hourly salary of $18-$20, demonstrating our appreciation for the skills and dedication of our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fitness training programs for clients.
  • Monitor and track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained and in working order.

Qualifications

  • Must have an understanding of how much of an impact we have on our members, communities, and teammates.
  • Passionate about people and fitness.
  • Must be ambitious, driven, honest, enthusiastic, have personal integrity, and have a passion for the fitness industry.
  • Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training certification (required within 60 days of hire).
  • Experience in coaching in a high-end fitness facility.
  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness, or professional setting.

    • Compensation

    $18 - $20 hourly
