Job description

Compensation : $150K+, $85K-$95K Base + $50K-$70K commission!

Location : Onsite 5 days, just north of downtown Denver

Job Function / Purpose :

We are looking for a unique Account Executive with a background in visual merchandising, retail, and / or agency experience with fashion / lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate should be a high-energy, self-starter with a passion for winning and a proven track record delivering consistent sales results that rank in the top 10%. This sales professional will sell our fun portfolio of products, manage and expand existing accounts, as well as develop new prospects. You will be calling on those who are responsible for retail store visual merchandising, designing, planning, and procuring. As a savvy seller, you thrive being on the front lines, generating leads, prospecting, selling in a consultative manner, closing deals, and winning!

What you'll do

  • Source new prospects and close new customers;
  • Drive specific product revenue;
  • Perform outbound prospecting & nurture inbound leads to generate new opportunities;
  • Acquire and maintain a proven understanding of the complete capabilities of our product offerings and that of the competition;
  • Convert customer problems into valuable sales solutions;
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quota objectives;
  • Build, develop, lead, and execute a Sales Plan that serves as a success roadmap to help ensure expected results are delivered in a well-thought-out, directed manner;
  • Handle, coordinate, collaborate, and work with various cross-functional groups within Fusion (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Development, & Operations) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle; open to close

What it takes to succeed

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion degree or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful track record in a sales-oriented position OR equivalent industry experience in retail visual merchandising, design retail, retail management and / or agency experience with fashion / lifestyle brands;
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time;
  • Mentality of a creative self-starter; ability to work independently and find a way;
  • Great communication, whether it’s on the phone, through email or via live chat, you excel at communicating with customers;
  • Agile in your thinking and have the ability to think quickly on your feet and seek additional resources when needed;
  • Willingness to learn and grow and are open to feedback, adaptive and coachable; you embrace and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • Great attitude with a mature, optimistic, & strong work ethic;
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com. Familiar with opportunities, reports, and cases;
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with others;
  • Strong understanding of retail environments is preferred. Mannequins, even better.
  • The perfect candidate will build strong, lasting relationships with their accounts.
