EHR Database Integration Director

A company is looking for an Applications EHR Database & Integration Tools Director.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Cogito, Caboodle, and enterprise analytics integration

Direct a team responsible for enterprise-level Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using Caboodle

Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and specialists

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Epic Clarity and / or Caboodle certifications) preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of Epic's Cogito ecosystem and their integration points

Strong technical acumen in SQL, data modeling, and healthcare data standards
