Shift : Day | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, support registered nurses and physicians, and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records according to facility policies.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and report changes.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance.
