Golf Trusted Advisor

A company is looking for a Golf Trusted Advisor (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual golf consultation appointments to provide product recommendations based on the Golfer's experience and needs

Assist customers with order placements, inquiries, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining brand loyalty

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and execute back-office functions related to customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience

Knowledge of golf products and experience playing the game

1-3 years of customer service experience

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience with customer service focus
