Cosme, located in Flatiron NYC, is currently seeking experienced BUTCHER to join their team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Prepare and cutting difernte kinds of fish and seafood and basic cuts of meat and other products as instructed.
- Take stock of current inventory and prepare daily prep list.
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
- Prep menu items using recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food quality will meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year experience working with seafood butchering
- Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detai
Spanish speaking plus
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including working on Saturdays
