Your Everyday
- Formulates and executes innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to secure top talent.
- Utilizes both internal and external channels to construct a robust talent pipeline, with a focus on addressing critical and challenging-to-fill positions.
- Actively engages with both active and passive candidates, conducting thorough screening to assess qualifications and overall viability.
- Elevates the brand presence of LCMC Health through effective utilization of social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Establishes and refines metrics for quality of hire and retention, offering valuable insights to quantify the impact of organizational sourcing initiatives.
- Conducts thorough analyses of sourcing activities and talent market dynamics upon request.
- Cultivates applicant source pipelines by exploring diverse channels, including community outreach agencies, educational institutions, employment agencies, social media platforms, and online resources.
- Plans, coordinates, and participates in a spectrum of recruitment events, ranging from career fairs and networking events to clinical rotation visits, open houses, campus tours, local conferences, and other relevant occasions.
- Nurtures meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations, recruiters, and other stakeholders to strengthen the recruitment network.
Your Experience
Preferred :
- Bachelors Degree
- Demonstrated experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using Workday, Phenom People, Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, HireEZ, social media platforms
- New Orleans based
