Housing Operations Supervisor
As a Housing Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kings Island's associate housing facilities. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for our seasonal associates. You will supervise housing staff, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and foster a positive community experience. This position is part-time year-round working at the park. You will work between 30-39 hours a week throughout the year with benefits provided.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of associate housing, including check-ins, check-outs, room inspections, and incident response.
- Supervise and schedule housing team members, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance support.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housing policies.
- Serve as a liaison between residents and park leadership to address concerns and enhance the housing experience.
- Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a safe and functional living environment.
- Plan and support community-building activities and housing events.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferred.12 years of supervisory experience in housing, hospitality, or property management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is an equal opportunity employer.
