As a Security Professional - Access Control Driver in Cumming, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated tech, media, and telecom locations.

You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service, while remaining visible to support a welcoming environment. This is a driving-required position, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do :

Carry out access control procedures for authorized individuals entering and exiting the location, following site-specific policies provided by Allied Universal.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by responding to questions and offering assistance as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas using surveillance systems and / or physical presence to help to deter unauthorized access.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and escalating as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Document all security-related activities, incidents, and observations clearly and accurately in daily reports or logs as required.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to maintain a professional presence and support site-specific emergency response activities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
