Job description

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage core employee benefit programs and ensure a seamless experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to benefits-related inquiries

Manage core benefits functions including health, life, disability insurance, and leave administration

Perform regular audits of benefits data in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR function

Proven ability to manage core benefits processes and compliance with benefits-related laws

Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
