Marketing Operations Manager
Practice Better is seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to sit at the critical intersection of marketing, data analytics, and finance. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing performance, and providing the analytical foundation that powers our marketing strategy. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights, ensuring every marketing dollar drives measurable impact for our health and wellness practitioner community.
Required Experience :
- 4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building attribution models and analyzing complex, multi-channel marketing data
- Experience managing marketing budgets and providing financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Sigma, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems
Technical Skills :
Expert-level data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets from multiple sourcesStrong understanding of statistical analysis, including confidence intervals, significance testing, and cohort analysisExperience with attribution modeling (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, data-driven)Proficiency in building automated reporting and dashboardsWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platformsCore Competencies :
