Allstate Agency, located in Carrollton, GA has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed sales professional to join our team.
Previous Allstate experience is preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills, you will be speaking with customers on the phone and must be willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Help with retention and policy reviews.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
