Home Depot is hiring : Specialist, Studio Production in High Point

Position Purpose :

The Specialist, Studio Production is the internal product expert for Studio Orange's photography and video projects, facilitating communication and logistics between product vendors, local THD stores, and the studio. Responsibilities include procuring merchandise, coordinating studio schedules by tracking product status, and supporting on-set teams to ensure accurate creative assets. This role also organizes products with the studio warehouse and assists with other production-related tasks as needed.

The Specialist, Studio Production builds and maintains relationships with vendors and stores, clearly communicating the studio's needs and The Home Depot's product requirements, and manages product returns or disposals at project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

30% - Drives Results - Drive excellence, best practices, and consistent execution of project work; improve quality by studying, evaluating, and improving methods used.

70% - Strategy - Guides the company's creative strategy by managing the development and production of creative content. Uses discretion, independent judgment, and creativity to make key decisions to successfully deliver assets for multiple cross-channel projects. Responsible for utilizing acquired experience and creative expertise, to elevate the brand, overcome challenges, and ensure delivered assets meet the marketing objective scope of work.

Travel Requirements :

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements :

Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move / lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).

Working Conditions :

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications :

3 years of work experience is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of Smartsheet

Experience in home improvement retail / industry

Experience in supply chain management, vendor management and / or project management

Experience in photography, photography production and / or content development

Minimum Education :

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and / or GED.

Preferred Education :

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of an associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
