Cella Inc is hiring : Associate Producer in Arlington

Overview Location : Arlington, Virginia | Job Type : Contract | Compensation Range : $23 - 28 per hour

We are looking for a highly capable Associate Producer to become the essential operational link in our production pipeline.

Responsibilities Act as the primary bridge between the Senior Producer and the Editor. This requires fluency in the technical and creative aspects of post-production and includes performing the first pass of an edit and swiftly identifying issues such as technical errors or audio problems.

Provide critical hands-on support during pre-production and active shooting, managing all necessary logistics for shoots in the studio, the building, or external locations.

Support the Senior Producer to offload crucial work, enabling higher-level creative feedback and ensuring a smooth project transition.

Qualifications Experience working with an Editor to perform the first pass of an edit.

Experience in pre-production and supporting roles during shoots.
