About the Role :

Soliant is seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a contract position at a reputable hospital in Colorado. This is a night shift role with a 7-on, 7-off schedule, perfect for someone looking for work-life balance while enjoying the stunning scenery Colorado has to offer.

As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will ensure safe, effective, and pliant medication use while delivering excellent care to patients in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Interpret and accurately transcribe medication orders

pound and dispense medications, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition

Monitor drug therapy for interactions, allergies, and dosage accuracy

Perform pharmacokinetic dosing per hospital protocols

Participate in antibiotic stewardship through C&S data analysis

Consult with healthcare providers on drug selection and therapy

Provide drug education to patients, families, and medical staff

Document clinical interventions and participate in quality improvement

Maintain pliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Serve as a member of the hospitals Code Response Team

Requirements :

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy or PharmD)

Active Colorado Pharmacist License (in good standing)

BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association required)

Flu Vaccine REQUIRED (no exemptions accepted from October 1 through April 1)

2+ years of inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred

Must be fortable working night shifts independently
