Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is hiring a Travel Pharmacist to work in Minnesota.

We provide a petitive hourly rate (will fluctuate based on the client) + housing / per-diem allowances.

Responsibilities :

• Order Verification
• Kinetic dosing and monitoring based off lab values
• Consulting with providers on optimal course of medication therapy, IV to PO substitutions, etc.
• Supervising techs
• Answering questions from nurses.
