Creative Director, Retail & Experiential Responsibilities :
Direct our retail creative and design with a strong vision, from setting design strategies and innovating concepts to world-class execution.
Further develop and expand our retail systems and experiences across multiple brands, retailers and media (spatial, print, digital) with focus on innovation, consistency, and scale.
Lead, mentor and inspire an internal team and direct external partners with clarity and vision.
Oversee work created both in-house team as well as by agencies and retail partners.
Bridge marketing and brand work streams with retail, educating larger creative and cross-functional group with best practices and new opportunities in retail environment.
Drive alignment on creative and design across leadership, crossfunctional partners, and retailers.
Minimum Qualifications :
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications Design, Marketing, Event Management, or related field and 24 months of work experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted
Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following :
Design experience with leading teams and retail work streams
Public Compensation :
$263,267 / year to $283,910 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
