We are a GC based out of Macon, GA and perform services such as Design-Build, Pre-Construction, Construction Management, and General Contracting.

We specialize in Automotive, Government, Higher Ed, Historical, Industrial, k-12, medical, and more!

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team because we have multiple projects to complete!

What You Will Be Doing

The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from start through completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years' construction PM / field experience. They will be responsible for Pre-construction / Design / Planning.

What You Need for this Position

Previous experience with project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc

Previous experience in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.

Formal Project Management methods

Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors Degree in field is preferred
