Workday HRIS Analyst - $135,000 + 10% Bonus

5 days onsite : Stamford (CT), Spring (TX), Seattle (WA), Los Angeles (CA), Cleveland (OH) & North Carolina

Hale International is partnered with a longstanding client that has recently gone live with Workday HCM and is seeking a Workday Analyst to join their team of three!

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, test, configure, and deploy new functionalities across the Workday suite
• Provide ongoing post-production support, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring smooth system performance
• You'll work across the full HCM suite while taking the lead on Core HCM, Reporting, and Security to ensure robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and optimize Workday capabilities
