West Texas Urgent Care-$275k+ with Production/Quality Incentives & Sign-On

A Health Care System is looking for an Urgent Care physician to work out of one of its clinics in the Lubbock area. This clinician would work in a two-physician setting with several advanced practice providers.

Opportunity Details

• Base salary - $275,000 range plus wRVU incentive, quality bonus
• Sign-on bonus
• Training stipend
• Full Benefits, Retirement matching, Wellness program, PTO, Holidays, etc
• Work 12-hour shifts, Work every other weekend (2 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off Schedule)
• Approximately, 30 to 45 patients per day
• No call responsibilities
• Well equipped clinic with Lab, X-Ray & Cerner EMR
