The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) will be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 environments to support our company's end-users and help execute IT improvement projects. The ITSS will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving assistance for our company's hybrid IT environment. They will work closely with our IT team, healthcare providers, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide excellent customer service to our end-users while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. The IT Support Specialist will have a positive impact by helping our providers focus on helping patients without worrying about IT issues. This person will support CHPs mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHPs policies and procedures. Position Requirements
