Sr. Technical BA

Overview

One of Insight Global's largest Chemical Services clients is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and a user-centered mindset. This role supports a homegrown iOS application used by field technicians—capturing service data, interacting with connected devices (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth traps), and enabling operational efficiency.

You'll work closely with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define features, write requirements using Business-Driven Development (BDD), and lead initiatives from concept through delivery. This is a high-impact role requiring autonomy, collaboration, and a strong understanding of data flows and APIs.
