Structural Engineering Lead | Business Dev Experience

Candidates need to have a strong Structural Engineering (SE) experience and a proven track record in sectors such as commercial, higher education, museums, and airports.

In this role, you will help lead and support west coast structural engineering team in winning work and delivering high quality solutions.

This will be achieved through :

• 50% project delivery / 50% business development
• Development and championing of the team’s strategy and plans to achieve the team’s business targets and brand goals through customer-focused engagement and work winning
• Supporting the overall long-term strategy, growth, and pipeline development of multi discipline engineering work within the region
• Externally focused for 50% of the time, develop and strengthen client and collaborator relationships through business to business meetings and industry events
• Support and mentor the team in work winning strategy
• Maintaining and developing the highest standards of project delivery
