What you'll do here :
This Gale Field Sales Consultant engages directly with a variety of customer groups, including teachers, librarians, curriculum specialists, principals, and school district administrators throughout key schools and districts.
You’ll meet with current and prospective K12 customers on implementing technology and digital learning resources. This position works with schools to expand their use of digital resources for remote, hybrid and classroom learning, equitably to support all learners.

Territory : Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Travel 40-50%
Sales Prospecting and Execution
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, including driving new business to cultivate growth within the territory.
- Use Sales Cloud and other sales tools to understand sales history, build detailed proposals, accurately forecast, and manage the territory, including development and implementation of strategic territory business plans.
- Participate in networking opportunities such as industry conferences and events, when appropriate.
Skills you will need here :
- Skills to formulate and carry out sales solutions.
- Talent for cultivating effective working relationships with customers and colleagues, further illustrating the ability to influence decision makers by developing and maintaining an effective professional network.
- Technology skills (CRM systems such as SalesForce / SalesCloud are a plus).
- Documented territory management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct online meetings and maintain a home office.
- Ability to drive throughout the territory, including overnight travel, when allowable.
- Must be located within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred :
- Sales experience, with a track record of goal achievement.
- Knowledge of K12 education, including curriculum, instruction, and educational technology, learning management systems and supplemental digital classroom content.
