Job Description :
We're looking for a friendly and experienced Insurance Customer Representative to join our team! We need someone with a positive attitude who pays attention to details and communicates effectively.
As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing policies, and processing claims .
Your duties will include answering customer questions, processing new policies and renewals, making changes to policies, and handling claims .
You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. To be considered, you should have a Property and Casualty License, at least two years of experience in the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives.
- Constantly look out for new opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding.
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Update and Make changes to insurance policies as needed.
- Review insurance policies of current clients and assist with the annual review process.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Utilize various computer systems to manage policies, claims, and customer information
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry. Property and Casualty, Life and Health.
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a collaborative environment
- Positive attitude and Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
