Roles and Responsibilities :
Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
Maintain consistent and professional client communication and follow-up.
Represent clients in court appearances as needed.
Manage and organize client files and case documentation.
Collaborate with attorneys, courts, and clients via phone and email.
This is a full-time, in-office position offering regular client interaction and a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications :
Active New York State Bar License and admitted to the Eastern District of New York.
Proficient with PACER and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
1-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience, be admitted to practice in the Eastern District of New York, and possess excellent problem-solving and client service skills.
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary Range : $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
