What this job involves :

As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a strategic partner in delivering comprehensive facility management solutions that enable our clients to focus on their core business objectives. This leadership role combines operational excellence with team development, where you'll coordinate complex maintenance operations, drive performance improvements, and foster collaborative relationships across all stakeholders. Your position directly contributes to shaping a brighter way by optimizing facility operations through innovative processes and technology solutions. What your day-to-day will look like :

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and assign all frequency and work type maintenance activities for your designated team or facility group
• Communicate KPI and SLA requirements in a timely manner while partnering with stakeholders to identify service delivery improvements and cost savings opportunities
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors with respect to work order completion, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction
• Oversee daily work order review processes and follow up on completion to ensure successful service delivery and exceptional customer experience
• Interface with vendors by providing clear direction and information to facilities staff and service providers to ensure seamless coordination with minimal client disruption
• Maintain overall integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) system while supporting the account team and overseeing proper system configuration to meet client objectives
• Manage operations proactively to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
