A fast-paced, employee-centered employment and consumer law practice dedicated to representing individuals who've faced harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft shell complaints, discovery requests / responses, pleadings, and correspondence
• Proofread, cite-check, and file court pleadings in state and federal courts
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Organize, index, and summarize case documents and evidence
• Summarize deposition transcripts and draft summaries
• Prepare binders for hearings, motion hearings, and trials
