Key Responsibilities
Own the CEO recruiting process, scaling from 2 to over 100 companies per month
Leverage AI to build scalable talent pipelines and automate workflows
Build recruiting platform processes and tools to support early growth of companies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of closing senior leadership hires at startups or technology firms
Deep network within the venture ecosystem
Strong assessment skills to evaluate founder competencies
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; venture capital or startup studio experience is a plus
