A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Recruiting Lead to join its team either in LA, NYC, D.C, or SF. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the firm by driving lateral partner recruitment across key practice areas and markets. Job Description
Go onsite 2 days a week to the LA, NYC, DC or SF office.
Serve as a primary point of contact for lateral partner candidates, delivering a high-touch experience from initial outreach through onboarding and integration.
Collaborate closely with firm leadership to execute strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with growth priorities.
Represent the firm's brand and values to candidates and search firms, acting as a trusted ambassador.
Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving recruiting landscape.
