Security Clearance : Secret Clearance

Travel : 10-15%

Vectrona is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Maritime Expeditionary Security Group 1 (MESG-1) Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Navy Expeditionary operations.

This role requires deep operational expertise and proven experience in small boat operations, tactical planning, and training assessment. Some travel may be required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide monthly Squadron Qualification Status Report, Schools Report, and Watch Team Replacement Plan
• Record unit assessment results and training event completions; complete unit Assessment Cards following each assessment event
• Maintain and update unit-level SIPR DRRS records, including Commander's Comments
• Draft OFRP / FRTP training messages for release with appropriate classification
• Maintain Personnel and Training Pillar data in both NIPR and SIPR RCRP
• Interface with MESG-1 management at all levels to ensure program objectives are met
