Job description
Soon to be opened, exciting farm to table concept from Michelin-rated chef is seeking a General Manager. This position will work side by side with the chef to create an awesome dining experience in an intimate setting while working on an exciting second concept. Two years GM / AGM experience at a highly rated restaurant is required. Ideal candidate will possess the following traits :
- Sense of urgency
- Great follow through on tasks
- Ability to lead and motivate team
- Great food & beverage knowledge and today's trends
- Experience with POS and reservation systems
- Highly organized and proficient with creating SOPs
