Job Description# Database Administrator

8+ years of experience managing Software AG Adabas and Natural in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Natural Security and CONNX or similar tools.
Proficiency in environment refreshes, backup / restore, performance tuning, and scripting.
Experience with role-based access control, security audits, and regulated environments.
Familiarity with SDLC / change control and maintaining a formal data dictionary.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to write user documentation and train users.
Experience with NaturalONE, Predict, EntireX, and DDM management best practices.
Experience with capacity planning, platform modernization, and performance engineering.
Participation in business continuity / disaster recovery (BC / DR) programs.
